Step 1, 2, 3...
Step 1: Site Evaluation
Decide if you, as (the property owner) want to pre-arrange for test holes to be dug to save money.
Or... if you want us to arrange for them to be dug.
Step 2: Have us design a septic system and submit it to the county
We design septic systems for properties. We conducted site evaluations
And... we design systems for others as well.
Step 3: Have the septic system installed
Decide if you want to hire a septic contractor to install the system.
Or... if you want us to arrange for that to be done for you.

General Information
A Call Answered Contracting LLC, DBA (Basic Septic), will communicate in a timely manner.
All products listed for checkout are: 1) Used to help us track customer orders, 2) Know you are serious, and 3) Enable us to get the conversation started. After checkout, we can assess your project in greater detail and provide a custom estimate based on that discussion.
Project costs are composed of our base hourly rate in billable hours form and other expenses. Additional project costs may not be limited to regulatory permitting fees, mileage recovery, dirt backfill, machine/material cost, and subcontracting expenses incurred.
Customers/Property Owners/Contractors/Agents thereof (Known as Clients) will be provided estimates, and Basic Septic will work on a best-effort basis to advise Clients upfront of expected costs. Clients agree to pay for materials/services/expenses rendered. Basic Septic will contact Clients prior to proceeding with any additional/unordinary costs above the estimate.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for contacting Call Before You Dig (811), (800) 424-5555, http://www.callbeforeyoudig.org/washington/ to find and mark the location of all utilities or potential hazards on-site before digging or instructing Basic Septic to dig on-site.
Clients also must mark property corners, proposed structures, existing wells, neighboring wells, water lines, or proposed wells, and any other factors of importance.
If you are a contractor working for the property owner and are looking to subcontract work to Basic Septic, written proof that you have been hired by the property owner to have this work done is needed. Basic Septic will not commence work until that is received. Basic Septic reserves the right to contact the property owner to verify the information.
Project Option 1: Fast Track (Costs less in long-run)
To fast-track project progress, it is recommended that Clients make full payment of estimates or a significant retainer deposit (determined based on the project) for Basic Septic to pull funds from during the course of the project. Clients will be given a monthly report of project progress and cost to date.
Full payment of estimates and retainer deposits will earn 4% APR interest, credited back to the Client. Interest is accrued monthly and is determined on the average daily balance for that month of unspent funds. At the end of the project, any unspent funds or interest earned will be credited back to the Client.
Project Option 2: Pay-As-We-Go
Basic Septic does allow Clients to, Pay-As-We-Go, as their project progresses through the steps to completion. This requires us to send multiple invoices and receive those separate payments first before we begin work on each stage of your project.
This option is a little more time-consuming for us, but we are willing to do this to help our Clients.

Basic Septic and Clients may enter into any other additional mutual agreement as long as it is legal, and both parties agree in writing.
Disputes

If that cannot be achieved through multiple attempts to resolve, then the two parties shall employ a third-party arbitrator that both have agreed in writing to hire and resolve/settle outside of court.
The parties agree to avoid court and lawyers as much as possible.
Severability
If any part of this agreement to terms & conditions or additional agreements is invalidated by the arbitrator or court, the other parts shall remain unless otherwise mutually agreed by Basic Septic and Clients.
Disclaimer
Basic Septic will issue refunds for services/expenses that have yet to be rendered. Once services/expenses have been rendered, payments are not refundable unless services took less time than expected or costs were lower than expected.
